Herbert has over 16 years’ experience in the Ghana leasing industry and over 20 years commercial experience in diverse industries and companies including banking, investment banking, marketing and business development and consulting. Prior to setting up VEFSOL, Herbert was the head of Vehicle and   Finance (VAF) at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd. Herbert also worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC)- the private sector arm of the World Bank where he was responsible for managing the IFC leasing program in Ghana. Herbert is the author of the IFC Ghana Leasing survey and one of the leading experts on leasing in Ghana. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and Finance from University of Westminster Business School, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Ghana, Legon

Daniel is a Chartered Management Accountant and finance professional with over 13 years post qualification experience an over 20 years commercial experience in diverse industries and companies (SMEs and Corporates) including banking, insurance, and renewable energy. Daniels also has relevant experience in banking, leasing and Financial Management with specialties in financial accounting, management accounting, financial management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management. Daniel’s professional experience include working as Financial Controller for Winch Energy Limited UK, Financial Controller for Tower Gate Insurance Company in the UK. Daniel has also worked as a manager of Vehicle and Asset Finance at Stanbic Bank Ghana and Republic Bank Ghana. Daniel is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA UK) and holds a Master’s Degree in Information Management and Finance from University of Westminster Business School, UK.

Grace-love is a key member of the VEFSOL team responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative and accounts department and staff. She is responsible for hiring, training and evaluating administrative team members, developing, reviewing and improving policies, systems, and procedures, and generally ensuring the office operate smoothly and efficiently.

Grace-love’s role also includes working with the management team to set budgets, monitor spending, processing payroll and other expenses. She assists in enforcing budgets, delegating tasks and tracking progress of all administrative and accounts activities. Grace-love holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance and a master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Jermaine is an Associate member of the Association of Business Executives, United Kingdom with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Management. Prior to joining VEFSOL, Jermaine was the Head of Human Resources for a reputable security company. Jermaine is a crucial member of the VEFSOL team who handles Fleet Administration. His roles include monitoring our fleet management system, planning and scheduling of vehicle maintenance, coordinating periodical inspections and reporting on our fleet among others.

Martin joined VEFSOL team as a graduate intern and currently a key member providing support to the Accounts and Administration department. Martin’s roles include invoicing of clients, preparing and validating payments, preparing statutory payment schedules among others. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from the University of Ghana.
